"5/5 stars. I LOVE IT HERE!! I’ve absolutely loved living here and even decided to renew my lease! One of the biggest perks is the location—it’s so close to campus, which makes getting to class and events incredibly convenient. It’s also surrounded by all of my fav food spots, so there’s always something good to eat just minutes away. Parking has never been a hassle, which is a huge bonus, and everyone I’ve met has been so friendly and welcoming. More than anything, this community truly feels like home. It’s comfortable, fun, and has such a positive atmosphere that makes coming back after a long day something to look forward to. If you’re looking for a place that feels like the home away from home or even your new home feel, I definitely recommend living here!"

"I have stayed at 4 different complexes throughout my time at LSU and Univeristy Grove was by far the best! The biggest pros for me were: the driveway (no walking up stairs with groceries anymore is huge, and makes moving in so much easier), the quietness (no sharing walls with neighbors), no mail room for packages(everything comes straight to your doorstep) the location, the keyless entry, the fridges with purified water, the hardwood floors, the two linen closets, and the HUGE pantry. I had zero problems with my unit the entire year, all appliances and a/c worked flawlessly. Staff is also wonderful! I recommend to everyone!! if I was continuing school I would definitely renew my lease."
