Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

University Grove offers a program for applicants who may not have a guarantor. Contact the leasing team for qualification details.

Parking & Pets
Yes. Each home has a private driveway with free, convenient parking directly outside the residence.
Up to three pets are permitted per home, with a maximum weight of 50 pounds per pet. A $300 non-refundable pet fee and $35 installment pet rent per pet apply. Breed restrictions also apply, so please contact our leasing office for the current policy.
